Creative Shows for Kids

 

Our family likes to limit television, so when we pick a television show for the kids to watch, we want to make sure it will stimulate their imaginations and inspire them to extend the ideas they learn after watching. It is important to us that the shows we are showing our children are not flashy and that they promote virtue!

The three best shows we have found that inspire creativity are Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, The Slugs and Bugs Show (can be watched on Formed), and Out of the Box (includes many craft and storytelling ideas).  

Other shows we love that inspire faith include: Brother Francis, God's Knights, and Littlest Saints (all on Formed).
