Creative Shows for Kids

 

Our family likes to limit television, so when we choose a television show for the kids to watch, we want to ensure it will stimulate their imaginations and inspire them to explore the ideas they learn after watching. It is also important to us that the shows are not flashy and that they promote virtue!

The three best shows we have found that inspire creativity are Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, The Slugs and Bugs Show (can be watched on Formed), and Out of the Box (includes many craft and storytelling ideas).
