Light of the Sacraments

Once a month, I select a Catholic picture book that we will read together on the first Sunday of the month. This book then becomes part of our Creative Catholic read-aloud basket. While these books can be selected at any time as read-alouds, we make a special effort to read our religious picture books during our Sunday read-aloud time. 

This month, our read-aloud is Light of the Sacraments by Cory Heimann. 

I love everything about this book–the beautiful illustrations, the beautiful lyrical text, and the interactive nature of the book.
